IAE Media, Events & Incentives is owned and run by Keke Matlou who has brought over 20 years’ experience in the eventing industry to the table, both locally and internationally.
IAE is a media event and incentive house, based in South Africa with global footprints in the rest of Africa, Europe, Asia and the Americas.
Since 2007, we have specialised in corporate clientele such as banking institutions, FMCG’s, Pharmaceutical companies, Governmental departments, and the ever-changing blue-chip and IT industry. Employment equity and BEE scorecard: 100% black owned, female.

The Women in MICE Awards 2019 culminated in a spectacular ceremony that recognised outstanding women across the entire events industry. With an inspiring lineup of speakers and entertainment to create an ideal setting in which the industry’s most remarkable women were celebrated, the event elevated the ante with the exceptional caliber of women who were acknowledged during the event, as well as new additions to their special recognition awards.
Keke was recognised for her unwavering commitment and dedication to fostering the development of our young female students by donating a portion of the proceeds from the Keke Collection to Mighty Girls SA, a non-profit organization with which she serves as a board member.

Voice Overs and References
With over 10 years experience as a voice over artist, Keke can be heard on various mediums. Her voice features on commercials, television episodes, company training videos, filling conference arenas at award ceremonies such as the FNB Enablis launch-pad business awards and SARS 2016 Award Ceremony. Singing catchy jingles on both radio and television is also part of Keke’s many capabilities.Her warm,friendly and conversational voice is well suited to diverse platforms,making her clients range from corporates, radio stations to parastatals.
